The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:22 a.m. Thursday – Samantha Jo Skeens, 26, of 5806 S. Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical regent/precursors – methamphetamine with intent to manufacture. Bond $2,000.
• 11:56 a.m. Thursday – Tabitha Linn Johnson, 33, of Fort Wayne, arrested for auto theft. Bond $25,000.
• 12:04 p.m. Thursday – Victor Robin Vanier, 44, of 206 S. Fifth St., Pierceton, arrested for parole violation. No bond.
• 12:42 p.m. Thursday – Justin Wayde Siede, 21, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond $450.
• 3:27 p.m. Thursday – Marvin Grabiel Zuniga-Villeda, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road 40, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle never being licensed. Bond $350.
• 6:03 p.m. Thursday – Leigh Anne Jessop, 26, of 404 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
