County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 6:03 a.m. Thursday – Keith Wright, 32, of 103 N. Maple St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
- 8:51 a.m. Thursday – Trevor Smith, 39, of 3535 Strawberry Lane, Rochester, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
- 11:42 a.m. Thursday – Justin Edwards, 19, of 714 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 3:04 p.m. Thursday – Nicholas Wiggs, 25, of 3878 N. CR 475E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $450.

Property Damage Accidents
-  10:41 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 200S and 400W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a tree. Driver: Whitney Sparkman, 21, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 4:40 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dorinda McFarren, 47, South Scott Road, Claypool; Seth Adams, 24, South Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 5:59 p.m. Thursday – 3507 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sheryl Yoder, 64, Willow Lane, Warsaw; Humberto Martinez, 52, West Porter, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 6:57 p.m. Thursday – 1150 Husky Trail, Warsaw. Hit-skip. A vehicle registered to Marjorie Ellenberger, East CR 100S, Claypool, was struck by an unknown vehicle. Damage: $1,00 to $2,500. WPD.
- 12:28 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Joe Winterrowd, 55, Wallace Street, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

- 3:30 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported theft in the 1600 block of Vickey Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.
- 3:21 a.m. Wednesday – A man reported a theft in the 1400 block of Armstrong Road, Warsaw. WPD.
- 11:09 a.m. Thursday – a man reported criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
- 12:20 P.M. Thursday  – A woman reported a theft in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
