 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 1:39 p.m. Wednesday – Brittany L. Graziani, 27, of 301 S. Mill St., North Manchester, arrested for dealing a schedule I controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
n 3:50 p.m. Wednesday – Justin L. Poe, 27, of 906 W. 3rd St., North Manchester, arrested for dealing a schedule I controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
n 10:45 p.m. Wednesday – Sandra L. Ong, 18, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:49 p.m. Wednesday – Dillon M. Ong, 18, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:16 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Center and Columbia streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Clayton W. Rader, 34, Fort Wayne; Merrilee R. Wagner, 74, CR 200S, Warsaw. Injuries: Wagner complained of pain throughout her entire body and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 5:41 a.m. Wednesday – 2133 Cessna Road, Warsaw. Driver hit personal vehicle with work vehicle. Drivers: Leah L. Boardley, 40, North Webster. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 11:53 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Main and Bronson streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Justin L. Poe, 27, 3rd St., North Manchester; Dixie B. Pifer, 53, Main Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
n 7:38 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Detroit and Jalynn streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jason A. Stone, 38, Lake Tahoe Trail, Warsaw; Renah E. Call, 63, New Paris. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
