County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:50 a.m. Monday – Alyssa Sapienza, 19, Livonia, Mich., arrested for a probation violation. Bond: $25,000.
- 1:38 p.m. Monday – Lanie Slone, 19, of 507 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 6:50 p.m. Monday – Heather Smith, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:43 p.m. Monday – David Michael Snyder, 21, of 75 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for sexual misconduct. Bond: $25,000.
- 1:50 p.m. Tuesday – Bradley Templin, 25, Kokomo, arrested for failure to appear. Bond; $1,500.
- 2 p.m. Tuesday – Matthew Milton, 25, of 601 S. Clark St., Nappanee, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 6:47 p.m. Tuesday – Chelsea Oswald, 24, of 9019 E. Koher Road South, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:44 am. Wednesday – Johnny Gomez, 45, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $10,000.

Personal Injury Accident
- 10:19 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Washington and West Center streets, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a bicycle. Driver: Jacqueline Neely, 68, North Washington Street, Warsaw. Injuries:  Bicyclist Kevin Bowman, 50, North Park Avenue, Warsaw, complained of knee and lower leg pain. Damage: Less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 6:24 a.m. April 11 – Intersection of CRs 800 W. and 600N, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Richard Herman, 49, Decatur. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 1:59 p.m. April 11 – Intersection of Ind. 15 N. and Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Two vehicle collision. Drivers: Drake Klopfenstein, 26, Chapman Lake  Drive, Warsaw and Dennis Janda, 70, Sunfish Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 9:11 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 19 N. and CR 1050 N., Nappanee. One vehicle struck a dog. Driver: Joseph Ault,  35, West CR 525 North, Rochester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
-  8:46  a.m. Monday – Intersection of 700 Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle hit parked car registered to DePuy Orthopedic Inc., P.O. Box 988, Warsaw. Driver: Perry Mincy, 57, South Bend. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 12:20 p.m. Monday – A man reported a burglary in the 12000 block of N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford. KCSD.
- .7:41 p.m. Monday – A man reported battery in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 8:31 p.m. Monday – A man reported a theft in the 1200 block of North Shagbark Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
- 7 a.m. Tuesday – Milford Elementary School  was put on lockdown because of a bomb threat. No bomb was found. KCSD.
- 12:40 a.m. Wednesday – A man reported a battery in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSD.
