n 1 p.m. Tuesday - Bryan Douglas Denney, 48, of 12827 S. Packerton Road, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $3,000.

• 2:11 p.m. Tuesday - Kyle Lemar Munson, 22, of 2021 E. CR 75S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4 p.m. Tuesday - Rigoberto Sanchez, 23, of 324 Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Garrick Emanuel Sparkman, 36, of 211 W. Second St., Rochester, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

• 12:15 a.m. today - Eluid Eli Cervantes, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:56 a.m. today - Neal Edward Duncan, 50, of 158 EMS T32 Lane, Leesburg, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $2,000.

• 1:36 a.m. today - Michelle Rae Spaulding, 24, of 12478 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 2:29 a.m. today - Mihir Patel, 21, Skoke, Ill., arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $350.

• 2:39 a.m. today - Baljitt Singh, 23, Benton Harbor, Mich., arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

• 2:58 a.m. today - Kehar Singh, 47, St. Joseph, Mich., arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $350.

• 3:59 a.m. today - Ramanjit Singh, 21, Skokie, Ill., arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $350.

• 6:34 a.m. Tuesday - CR 300E, 100 feet south of CR 200N, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: James W. Molebash, 53, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: Less than $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 3:46 p.m. Tuesday - 114 Rattington Circle, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Jocelyn K. Jones, 22, Rattington Circle, Warsaw; Linda D. Vanosdol, 64, EMS T35A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:59 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30W, 1,000 feet east of Center Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Cindy L. Gautschi, 42, State Street, South Whitley. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:23 p.m. April 11 - James Cornelius, Lake Breeze Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a rifle with a scope, a pistol and a sawed-off shotgun from his residence. KCSD.

• 8:56 a.m. Tuesday - Billy Jack Blair, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of a 1976 Ford F250 pickup. Value: $1,500. KCSD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
