n 1:22 a.m. Wednesday – Coy R. Walker, 23, New Paris, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more with a prior arrest. Bond: $750.
n 3:10 a.m. Wednesday – Belinda J. Andrews, 40, Climax, Mich., arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.
