- 1:32 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Alvin Conway, 32, of 6866 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for possession of legends and on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.

- 5:23 p.m. Wednesday - Gwendolyn Marie Pemberton, 50, of 56 EMS T4 Lane, North Webster, arrested for dealing methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent child, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $20,000.

- 5:26 p.m. Wednesday - Yolanda Delacruz Rioz, 33, of 307 Cecil Road, North Manchester, arrested for forgery. Bond: $100,000.

- 5:46 p.m. Wednesday - Paul Ervin Pemberton, 52, of 56 EMS T4 Lane, North Webster, arrested for dealing methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent child, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $20,000.

- 6:17 p.m. Wednesday - Scarlett Rose Murray, 34, of 3223 E. 15th Road, Bourbon, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $2,000.

- 9:56 p.m. Wednesday - Javier Jasso, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 3:39 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 25W and Ind. 19S, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Jain Zhen, 38, Isle View Drive, Winona Lake; Angie Werrick, 50, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

- 6:55 a.m. Wednesday - 624 Normandy Lane, Warsaw. Daniel T. Yocum, 21, East Main Street, was found injured and intoxicated. He was taken to KCH where he was later discharged. WPD.

- 9:55 a.m. Wednesday - Loren W. Plother, Bluewater Drive, Warsaw, reported a hit-skip accident to her vehicle. Damage: $1,000. WPD.
