• 1 p.m. Monday - Michael D. Keeling, 29, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.

• 2:48 p.m. Monday - Rex Charles Lewallen, 42, of 3328 N. CR 400E, Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $2,000.

• 3:35 p.m. Monday - Sean Douglas Sauer, 18, Elkhart, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

• 5:22 p.m. Monday - Vernon Edward Gallion, 36, Wakarusa, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

• 7:08 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Argonne Road and Jefferson Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Damien T. Brunette, 26, Lakewood Hills Drive, Warsaw; Martha A. Rose, 60, CR 1000W, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
