- 12:19 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and the off-ramp of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Paul Doepping, 43, Plymouth; Deborah King, 52, Sally Street, Warsaw. Injuries: King complained of arm pain. Damage: $,2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 5:41 p.m.  Saturday – Intersection of CR 550S and Ind. 15S, Claypool. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sandy Johnson, 49, West CR 550S, Claypool; Vicky Scutchfield, 62, S. CR 450W, Claypool. Injuries: Johnson complained of shoulder pain. Damage $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
