The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 2:26 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Summerfield Eckman, 51, of 4019 S. Magee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.

n 7:05 p.m. Wednesday - Rachel Leann Harter, 30, of 367 S. Ridgeview Court, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:27 a.m. today - Keith Alan Robins, 36, of 3762 W. Old 30, Lot 13E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:58 a.m. today - Robin Stewart Rager, 47, of 208 S. West St., Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 2:34 a.m. today - Elijah L. Patrick, 30, of 4113 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.

n 3:29 a.m. today - Michael Alean Terlosky, 29, of 11260 N. Syracuse-Webster, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

n 9:13 a.m. Wednesday - CR 1350N, 1,600 feet east of CR 600W, Nappanee. Car-pickup collision Drivers: Ocella J. Pletcher, 79, Elkhart; Leon R. Slabaugh, 19, West CR 850N, Etna Green. Injuries: Pletcher complained of chest pain; Slabaugh suffered facial bleeding; Luke C. Pletcher, 81, Elkhart, a passenger in Pletcher's vehicle, complained of chest pain; Harley Schmucker, 38, West CR 1250N, Milford, a passenger in Slabaugh's vehicle, suffered minor head bleeding. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 8:49 a.m. Tuesday - Old 15, 2,200 feet south of CR 575N, Leesburg. Van hit utility pole. Drivers: Stephanie Geiger, 26, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
