- 3:13 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony Joseph Hackworth, 21, of 5827 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

- 3:17 p.m. Tuesday - Donna Jean Strauss, 44, of 9579 N. Holiday Lane, Syracuse, arrested for conversion and driving while suspended. Bond: $800.

- 3:40 p.m. Tuesday - Ricardo Gonzales, 22, of 102 E. Haidens Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. No bond set.

- 6:27 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Ray Weaver, 27, of 85 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

- 9:40 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Lee Shepler, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 10:10 p.m. Tuesday - Tracie D. Mathes, 36, of 201 E. Greenhaus, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

- 8:48 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Frank D. Hoffer, 81, West Snyder Road, Atwood; Franklin G. Jones, 73, Dausha Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

- 9:45 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 25S and Hand Avenue, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Michael L. Kaiser, 35, East Ind. 15, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

- Tuesday - Travis N. Sorensen, South Maple Grove Drive, Warsaw, reported an unapproved debit of $66.15 from his bank account. KCSD.
