• 1:55 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Edgar Bradley, 46, of 6839 N. CR 200E, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday – Nichole Leigh Caudill, 28, of 1906 Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
• 2:52 p.m. Tuesday – Teresa Xique, 29, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
• 3:04 p.m. Tuesday – Nora Katherine Jenkins, 32, of 506 W. 9th St., Rochester, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $25,000.
• 3:15 p.m. Tuesday – Harlan Neil Rys, 51, Tilton, Ill., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
• 3:15 p.m. Tuesday – Keari Hayes, 19, Chicago, Ill., arrested for fraud and theft. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:14 p.m. Tuesday – Paul M. Austin, 41, of 2943 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief and battery. Bond: $500.
• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday – Michael K. Albertson, 59, of 1801 Robin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 8:04 p.m. Tuesday – Bryan Edward Davis, 42, of 308 N. Indiana St., Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. No bond set.
• 9:15 p.m. Tuesday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 23, no address available, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:29 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Leigh Bowen Jr., 24, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for battery – law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:21 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Michael Grevenstuk, 34, of 805 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 11:46 p.m. Tuesday – Arunan Cuddalore, 24, of 3306 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 12:11 a.m. today – Thomas R. Christlieb, 60, of 1705 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, wanted on warrant. No bond set.
• 4:05 a.m. today – Amy Jo Zook, 30, Goshen, wanted on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,725.

• 4:51 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs North 300W and West 1000N, Milford. Vehicle ran off road and collided with a fence. Driver: Lyndale O. Schmucker, 33, Middlebury. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 4:32 p.m. Monday – Tulip Tree Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Brenda M. Clark, 55, Tulip Tree Drive, Warsaw; Stanley E. Hershberger, 43, East CR 1000S, Claypool. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 2 p.m. Tuesday – Criminal mischief was reported in the 700 block of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:39 p.m. Tuesday – Theft was reported in the 400 block of Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
