n 6:05 p.m. Friday – Juan Gutierrez, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
n 8:32 p.m. Friday – Dylan C. Davis, 18, of 1211 N. Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on a highway. Bond: $300.
n 8:53 p.m. Friday – James M. Salmons, 20, Osceola, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 8:59 p.m. Friday – Alexandra M. Krizan, 19, of 4303 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 2:14 a.m. Saturday – Josie L. Daniels, 26, Millersburg, arrested for failure to stop after an accident causing injury and leaving the scene of a personal property damage accident. Bond: $750.
n 2:24 a.m. Saturday – Dean R. Hartwell, 32, of 423 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 2:48 a.m. Saturday – Jeremy M. Blackwell, 21, of  718 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 to .14 percent. Bond: $550.
n 4:17 a.m. Saturday – Rebecca S. Noggle, 25, of 928 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 9:47 a.m. Saturday – Daniel L. Haab, 45, of 13930 N. CR 300E, Syracuse, arrested for failure of sex offender to provide identification. Bond: $10,000.
n 6:44 p.m. Saturday – Vanessa R. Newman, 39, of 3710 S. Ind. 5, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
n 7:38 p.m. Saturday – Brian M. Bussard, 28, of 605 Bond St., Wabash, arrested on a warrant for another agency. No bond set.
n 12:18 a.m. Sunday – Clarence J. Baker, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
n 1:47 a.m. Sunday – Aaron K. Brubaker, 29, of 101 Warner Drive, Claypool, arrested for battery and public intoxication. Bond: $500.
n 4:48 a.m. Sunday – Reuben J. Delion, 19, of 313 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. No bond set.

Accidents
n 3:18 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Old 30 and CR 875W, Etna Green. Vehicle rolled after swerving to miss another vehicle. Driver: Curtis D. Duttenhaver, 39, Edwardsburg, Mich. Injuries: Duttenhaver suffered minor bleeding on his left arm and was treated on scene by medics. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 4:25 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ramona J. Lantz, 78, Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw; Linda Adams, 43, 15th Street, Winona Lake. Injuries: Lantz complained of back pain but declined treatment on the scene. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 4:38 p.m. Saturday – CR 850E, 1,000 feet south of Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Vehicle struck pole. Driver: Teri L. Hire, 28, King Arthurs Trail, Cromwell. Injuries: Hire's two minor children, ages 5 and 8, were transported to Goshen Hospital for medical care. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
n 6:08 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 200N, North Webster. Mo-ped slipped on gravel. Driver: Terry A. Walls, 60, Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Walls suffered minor bleeding to his face but declined treatment. KCSD investigated with OWI assistance by Indiana State Police.

n 7:01 a.m. Monday – CR 350W, 1,000 feet south of CR 200N, Warsaw. Deer struck vehicle. Driver: Melany C. Jackson, 47, Mark Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,5000. KCSD.
