• 1:09 a.m. Tuesday - Lloyd Kent Kruckeberg, 46, of 804 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $550.
• 9:44 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Lee Conley, 29, of 18 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. No bond set.
• 2:12 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Mason Stoddard, 20, of 1692 12th Road, Bourbon, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.
