• 6:34 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Michael Darr, 20, Fort Wayne, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $550.

• 9:28 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Roger Barton, 35, of 208 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 10:13 p.m. Tuesday - Bradley Michael Bender, 19, of 571 Baker St., Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:52 a.m. today - Donald Jay Talovah, 18, of 3484 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 12:19 p.m. Friday - An employee of Tractor Supply Co., U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported the theft of two pairs of bibbed overalls and an insulated hooded sweatshirt. Value: $233.96. KCSD.

• 12:49 p.m. Saturday - Tim Houseman, Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, reported an attempted break-in to his residence. KCSD.

• 5:07 a.m. Sunday - William D. Tshantz, Country Club Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of a Kawasaki 4-wheeler, two tool boxes, miscellaneous tools, a micrometer, a torque wrench, two impact guns, a digital volt meter, an air compressor, cordless drill, soldiering guns, compressor gauge, and an air hose from a garage at a residence on CR 500E, Pierceton. • Monday - An Etna Green woman reported a peeping tom. KCSD.

• Monday - James Metze, CR 250S, Pierceton, reported the theft of an ice machine, furnace, water heater, telephone and mattress set from a residence on Adams Road, Pierceton. KCSD.
