n 4:30 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Jeffrey Horn, 39, of 3366 S. Columbus, Mentone, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $50,000.

n 4:32 p.m. Wednesday - Jessica Lynn Harrell, 20, of 10571 S. Lakeview St., Silver Lake, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $50,000.

n 4:41 p.m. Wednesday - Sean William Koos, 36, of 1425 Meadow Lane, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $2,000.

n 8:58 p.m. Wednesday - Rachel Nicole Jackson, 18, of 930 Park St., Rochester, arrested for forgery. Bond: $10,000.

n 11:42 p.m. Wednesday - Lynette Ranea Reith, 24, of 1680 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $10,000.

n 12:57 a.m. today - Dustin Lee Vielhauer, 29, of 97 EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

Injuries: Burns complained of chest pain; Richard Bankson, 42, King Fisher Drive, Mentone, a passenger, complained of chest pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 7:10 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Argonne Road and Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Joni M. Goshert, 26, St. Marys Drive, Warsaw; Richard D. Barnhart, 64, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Injury: Barnhart complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
