n 1:23 p.m. Monday - Sarah Marie Banks, 23, Walkerton, arrested for felony auto theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:23 p.m. Monday - Charles David Shepherd, 37, of 8275 E. Ryerson Road, Pierceton, arrested for an illegal drug lab. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:23 p.m. Monday - Dayne Allen England, 21, of 12886 S. Ind. 114, Akron, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.

n 4:57 p.m. Monday - Steven Edward Briscoe, 30, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 5:50 p.m. Monday - Shaylee Rae Holcomb, 18, of 604 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:48 p.m. Monday - Gabriel Raymond Fields, 23, of 2301 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical testing and reckless driving. Bond: $750.

n 4:02 a.m. today - Roy Lee Skeens, 22, of 2814 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $2,000.
