n 7:27 a.m. Monday – Elizabeth A. Ruggles, 20, of 513 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of salvia or synthetic cannabinoid. No bond set.
n 9:05 a.m. Monday – Billy J. Fairchild, 28, of 3020 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested on a bond revocation. No bond set.
n 11:09 a.m. Monday – Jody B. Torpy, 47, of 214 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for resisting law enforcement and theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:43 a.m. Monday – Sabrina J. Cunnington, 30, of 9200 E. Morrison Island Road, Syracuse, arrested for forgery and theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $5,000.
n 2:02 p.m. Monday – Dmarcus J. Brown, 18, of 405 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $750.
n 2:29 p.m. Monday – Michael L. Burmiester II, 22, of 11349 N. CR 375E, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident/failure to report an accident and driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 2:51 p.m. Monday – Rex C. Lewallen, 48, of 9814 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
n 4:55 p.m. Monday – Michelle R. Heitkamp, 38, of 4209 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 6:30 p.m. Monday – Christopher J. Evans, 25, of 732 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

n 3:30 p.m. Saturday – Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of Plum Street, Leesburg. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sabas V. Muniz, 38, Main Street, Warsaw; Elida Aramburo, 34, Section Street, Milford; Albert C. Jackson, 54, Bobwhite Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Muniz appeared to be having a medical emergency and was transported to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne; Aramburo complained of pain to her knee and she and a minor child in the vehicle were both transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital to be checked out; Jackson reported a small scrape to his arm but denied medical treatment. Damages: $25,000-$50,000.

n 1:13 p.m. Friday – CR 400S, 750 feet east of Packerton Road, Warsaw. Vehicle struck ditch. Driver: Lauren M. Klusman, 19, Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake. Damages: $1000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 1:26 p.m. Friday – CR 525N, 1,000 feet south of CR 300E, Warsaw. Driver struck two deer. Driver: Tirzah R. Miles, 50, EMS C30 Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
n 3:10 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and Packerton Road, Warsaw. Driver struck ditch, fence and pole. Driver: Kyle A. Flock, 27, Clearcreek Trail, North Manchester. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
