- 1:16 a.m. Saturday – Charles Jarett Carr, 25, of Warsaw, arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bond: $4,366.82.
- 2:40 a.m. Saturday – Jacey Allen Parke, 19, of Tippecanoe, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 3:38 a.m. Saturday – Shawn Casey Smoker, 23, of 39 EMS T7 B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 4:10 a.m. Saturday – Jessica Joann England, 32, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 4:15 a.m. Saturday – Travis Anthony Tarlton, 23, of 542 Lincoln Highway, Bourbon, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:15 p.m. Saturday -  William Bautista, 20, of Ligonier, arrested for filing a false police report. Bond: $7,500.
- 3:26 p.m. Saturday – Devon Pete Poe, 24, of 10672 N. CR 250E, Milford, arrested for possession of a legend drug and failure to appear in court. Bond: $3,000.
- 3:32 p.m. Saturday – Gene Michael Poe, 28, of 316 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a legend drug. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:37 p.m. Sunday – Raymond Manuel Ramos, 28, of 1314 Saint Mary's Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
- 7:30 p.m. Sunday – Sean Michael Jayne, 22, of 305 E. Main Street, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:57 p.m. Sunday – Carlos Hernandez, 47, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $550.
- 10:26 p.m. Sunday – Gregory Sean Person Jr., 19, of 211 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3:52 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets. Two-car collision. Drivers: Angela Yates, 35, of 1046 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Susan Lowe, 37, of 1433 Brookview Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 5:12 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Eddie Swick, 56, of 7787 W. CR 1000S, Akron; Ryan D. Criswell, 25, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 7:19 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15E and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Johnson, 18, of 3317 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw; Cheri Fayed, 44, of 224 St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw; Jacob Perrone, 21, of Muncie. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 9 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Hepler Drive and Dot Street, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a dog. Driver: Kerri Wilson, 29, of 1902 Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 3:03 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ranch Road and Ind. 13S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Pedro Garcia, 40, of 720 Bartol Drive, Warsaw; Linda Clark, 57, of 8763 Sunnyside Lane, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 10:43 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Parker Street and U.S. 30E, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mary Erb, 62, of 8186 E. Wade Lane, Warsaw; Leona Harris, 41, of 994 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Louis Desenberg, 44, of 2880 N. CR 325E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
