County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:20 p.m. Tuesday – Bruce Edward Yeazel, 26, of 219 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 2:45 p.m. Tuesday – Erika Jean Nichols, 29,  Columbia City, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $700.
• 2:57 p.m. Tuesday – Cameron Michail Smith, 24,  Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:30 p.m. Tuesday – Jennifer Lynn Garber, 37, of 1723 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical test and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 10:32 p.m. Tuesday – Ciera Ann Martin, 28,  Hartford City, arrested for false identity statement. Bond: $632.

Property Damage Accidents
• 7:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mruga D. Patel, 23, Orchard Drive, Warsaw; Douglas L. Clingerman, 58, EMS B7A Lane, Leesburg. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:25 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 19 and CR 1000S, Mentone. Vehicle ran off road and hit a KREMC pole. Driver: Julie A. Kneller, 24, North CR 1000E, Akron. Damages: $2,500 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 3:01 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Center and Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Jordyn K. Lindeman, 17, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Travis R. Lane, 18, Grouse Court, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 3:06 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North CR 150W and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Joshaua B. Woodcock, 17, Wexford Place, Warsaw; Dawn M. Yoder, 42, Emerson Street, Goshen. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 3:37 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East CR 600S and Ind. 13, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road and collided with utility pole. Driver: Carolyn S. Anderson, 52, East Channel Road, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 7:21 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Park Avenue and Market Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeremy L. Morgan, 33, Maye Street, Warsaw; Kevin A. Tyree, 49, Fort Wayne. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 4:57 p.m. Monday – A Leesburg mother and daughter were reported for being in a verbal argument in the 4400 block of Sullivan Road, Leesburg. KCSD.
• 1:30 p.m. Tuesday – A subject was reported for dumping gasoline out of a snow blower onto property in the 2700 block of Durbin Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:51 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported criminal mischief to his vehicle in the 1000 block of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
