n 2:28 p.m. Monday – Javier O. Ortiz, 43, of 920 Anchorage Road, No. 90, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 2:41 p.m. Monday – Brenda Rocio Gonzalez, 28, South Bend, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $350.
n 2:54 p.m. Monday – Janua Lea Riley, 49, of 5366 E. Creekside Trail, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 3:24 p.m. Monday – Fermin Ayala, 19, of 1821 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $500.
n 4:40 p.m. Monday – Monica Lynn Mullins, 19, of 708 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $300.
n 5:49 p.m. Monday – Oskar Gabriel Gordillo, 19, of 531 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $500.
n 6:01 p.m. Monday – Austin James Grindle, 19, of 3308 N. Norwood Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a Schedule I controlled substance and driving while suspended. Bond: $10,500.
n 6:57 p.m. Monday – Angela Kaye Tjernagel, 33, of 2441 W. CR 250S, No. 35, Warsaw, arrested for nonsupport of a child and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $7,500.
n 8:50 p.m. Monday – Michael Christopher Nicholson, 42, of 1502 Dot St., A, Warsaw, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.

n 7:55 p.m. Monday – South County Farm Road, 32 feet south of West CR 600S, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Mark G. Brown, 65, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 12:15 a.m. today – North CR 150W, 1,700 feet south of South Executive Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Mario Rodriguez, 56, South Morton Street, Warsaw. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:52 a.m. today – Intersection of East Pierceton Road and South Packerton Road, Winona Lake. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Hannah R. Berg, 18, West Union Street, Claypool. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 7:17 a.m. today – Lake City Highway, 120 feet west of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Trevius A. Smith, 22, South CR 700W, Claypool; Michael S. Hively, 32, South High Street, A, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
