• 10:35 a.m. Wednesday – Larry Duane Potts, 35, of 543 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,044.25.
• 10:56 a.m. Wednesday – Charles Derick Sanders, 26, of 95 Meadows Road, Nappanee, arrested for auto theft. No bond set.
• 11:53 a.m. Wednesday – Samuel David Silor, 19, of 4325 S. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 1:51 p.m. Wednesday – Jacob Evan Whitaker, 20, of 5902 Southwest Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:43 p.m. Wednesday – Jamari Rhodes, 22, Detroit, arrested for dealing narcotics. No bond set.
• 8:18 p.m. Wednesday – Seth Daniel Hamman, 32, of 4395 S. Lakeshore Drive, Mentone, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:23 p.m. Wednesday – Myron Kane Wilder, 64, New Paris, arrested for dealing meth and possession of meth. Bond: $15,250.
• 3:54 a.m. today – Kyle Logan Backus, 18, of 920 Anchorage Road, Lot 42, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and dealing marijuana. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:55 a.m. today – Joseph Alexei Deeter, 18, of 1411 Flora Ave., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 4:12 a.m. Ryan Alan Tucker, 18, of 3950 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for theft; intimidation with a deadly weapon; aiding with a felony; dealing marijuana – 30g to 10lbs; and dealing cocaine. Bond: $25,250.

• 11:30 a.m. Wednesday – 3724 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Raeanne Karczewksi, 18, Brubaker Street, Warsaw; Craig A. Burns, 41, Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake. Injuries: Karczewski complained of leg pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
