 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:06 p.m. Monday – Jerrod Wayne Turpen, 30, of 6179 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:52 p.m. Monday – Robert Antoine Hall, 41, of 915 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 3:10 p.m. Monday – Kane Edward Hively, 28, of 1228 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 4:42 p.m. Monday – Jeffrey William Harkins, 27, of 27127 CR 150, Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:06 p.m. Monday – Myron Kane Wilder, 63, New Paris, arrested for dealing cocaine. Bond: $10,000.
• 5:06 p.m. Monday – Thomas A. McGuffey, 47, Goshen, arrested for dealing cocaine. Bond: $10,000.
• 5:51 p.m. Monday – Jordan Douglas Lively, 19, of 2251 West CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:33 p.m. Monday – Todd Joseph Guiff, 45, of 3671 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. No bond set.
• 6:55 p.m. Monday – Chaise Ray Belcher, 23, of 1067 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic. Bond: $2,000.
• 2:02 a.m. today – Cosme Xique, 29, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for battery and disorderly conduct – fighting. Bond: $500.

Property Damage Accident
• 1:37 p.m. Saturday – Huntington Street, Syracuse. Vehicle collided with a parked vehicle registered to Paul Stoelting, Lake Street, Syracuse. Driver: Debra J. Lilly, 57, Wooster Road, Pierceton. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 5 p.m. Sunday – Burglary was reported in the 9700 block of Pheasant Place, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:15 p.m. Sunday – False informing and resisting law enforcement was reported in the 1500 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7 p.m. Sunday – Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Maple Lane, Claypool. KCSD.
• 2:15 p.m. Monday – Forgery was reported in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 6:28 p.m. Monday – Forced entry into a building was reported in the 9200 block of Ind. 15, Silver Lake. KCSD.
• 7:50 p.m. Monday – Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:26 a.m. today – Burglary was reported in the 9700 block of Ind. 15, Silver Lake. KCSD.
