The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:15 a.m. Thursday – Carlos Torres, 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 12:17 p.m. Thursday – Amanda  Brunner, 20, of 114 Lakeland Drive, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession or consumption of alcohol. Bond: $350.
- 1:23 p.m. Thursday – Maliela Rozier, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 3:53 p.m. Thursday – Dewayne Gray, 47, of Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 4:33 p.m. Thursday – Tammy Jasso, 40, of Union City, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $900.
- 4:59 p.m. Thursday – Jasmine Otto, 21, of 618 Old Father St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 11:38 p.m. Thursday – Ashley Lynne Butcher, 25, of 4031 N. Old Port Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 9:31 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kent Brown, 25, of 109 N. Washington St., Warsaw; Emily Hemmer, 38, of 10431 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake. Injuries: Hemmer complained of shoulder pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 10:05 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Lake Street and Hartzler Drive. Motorcycle slid. Driver: Denzil King, 27, of 201 W. Walnut St., Mentone. Injuries: King complained of pain throughout his entire body. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 11:57 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Geneal Mellott, 74, of 619 W. Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Melvin Connelly, 62, of 951 E. Clark St., Warsaw. Injuries. Mellott complained of knee pain; Connelly complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
- 7:45 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 900W and Old Ind. 15. Two-car collision. Drivers: Nathan Prieshoff, 28, of 2950 E. Lapoint Drive, Milford; Mike Gray, 53, of 8509 N. Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse. Injuries: Prieshoff complained of arm pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 11:29 a.m. Wednesday – 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Hit-skip accident. An unknown vehicle struck a vehicle registered to Antonio Castillo, 24, of 1912 Indian Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 11:50 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 450E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Megan Brunson, 17, Lakeville; Charles Barber, 48, Charlotte, N.C. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 6:18 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Crystal Lake Road and CR 600W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Burl Haywood, 50, 1317 18th Road, Tippecanoe. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
