• 9:23 a.m. Monday – Thomas R. Puckett, 28, of 8556 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and intimidation. Bond: $700.
• 3:32 p.m. Monday – Justin Ryan Monroe, 25, of 2355 W. CR 600N, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $20,000.
• 3:41 p.m. Monday – Derrick Scott Gasaway, 24, of 4335 E. CR 725S, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. No bond set.
• 6:02 p.m. Monday – Russell Weldon Leach, 46, Goshen, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:12 p.m. Monday – Wanda Sue Barker, 45, of 59 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 7:44 p.m. Monday – Demario Maurice Loston, 39, of 549 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $216.
• 9:51 p.m. Monday – Rafael Garcia, 50, of 5267 N. CR 600E, Rochester, arrested for failure to stop after an accident causing injury. No bond set.
• 11:52 p.m. Monday – Martin Bustamante-Contresas, 32, of 532 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and interference with reporting a crime. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:04 a.m. today – Jeffery Lee Brewer, 32, of 308 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for unauthorized entry into a vehicle and auto theft. No bond set.
• 12:26 a.m. today – Robert J. Castle, 54, of 312 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 3:22 a.m. today – Jacob Daniel Roatcap, 28, of 129 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for resisting law enforcement, driving with a suspended license with prior offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.
Personal Injury Accident
• 10:29 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Vehicle rolled over. Driver: Timothy L. Joy, 53, North CR 200W, Warsaw. Injuries: Joy complained of chest pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
