n 10:42 a.m. Monday - Christian Michael Roberts, 19, of 7441 Lute Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $15,750.

n 11:38 a.m. Monday - Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 27, of 2345 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.

n 2:50 p.m. Monday - Jamie L. Bozzo, 34, of 901 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $20,000.

n 3:43 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Ann Fields, 29, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 4:31 p.m. Monday - Garret Alan Vandeputte, 19, of 508 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

n 7:59 p.m. Monday - Cynthia Ann Blue, aka Cynthia Majors, 38, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 9:45 p.m. Monday - Trenton Allen Troyer, 19, of 26083 CR 48, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 11:31 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Market and High streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jean M. McDade, 30, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Brooke R. Elliott, 27, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Elliott complained of pain in face; a passenger in Elliott's car, Stephanie D. Lang, 21, Kings Highway, Winona Lake, complained of pain in head. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:13 p.m. Sunday - Warsaw Police Department responded to a fight in the parking lot of Kohl's, CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.

n 6:59 p.m. Sunday - Warsaw Police Department responded to an adult male threatening suicide. WPD.

n 8 p.m. Sunday - Irene Benson, East Keith Street, Pierceton, reported a dog attack. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. .

n 8:23 a.m. Monday - Ryan Wolfe, North Grouse Court, Warsaw, reported a theft from a vehicle. WPD.

n 10:42 a.m. Monday - Roger Dale Johnson, West Main Street, Warsaw, reported vandalism to a vehicle WPD.

n 12:04 p.m. Monday - A Warsaw woman reported threats made. WPD.

n 1:05 p.m. Monday - Terri Lynn Smith, Indiana Trail, Warsaw, turned in a lost cell phone. WPD.
