• 11:12 a.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Ray Weaver, 26, of 2508 Westside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary to a residence. No bond set.

• 12:40 p.m. Tuesday - Bill Gene Smith, 47, Pargon, arrested for felony non-support. No bond set.

• 1:14 p.m. Tuesday - Ricky Allen Westerman, 34, Mishawaka, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 1:37 p.m. Tuesday - Angela Marie Marshall, 29, of 4897 E. Wood Drive, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

• 1:49 p.m. Tuesday - Zeth Aaron Begley, 18, of 521 Inwood Circle, Syracuse, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,000.

• 5:26 p.m. Tuesday - Kayla L. Ludwig, 19, of 3895 S. Viking Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

• 6:19 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan David Smith, 33, Kimmel, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 7:08 p.m. Tuesday - John David Sweeney, 35, of 4452 N. Third Place, Leesburg, arrested for false police reporting and driving while suspended. Bond: $500.

• 9:41 p.m. Tuesday - Lorrie Dawn Gerberin, aka Lorrie Dawn Baldridge, 35, of 428 N. Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 1:28 a.m. today - Spencer Joel Cummings, 20, of 410-1/2 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 2:15 p.m. Tuesday - A Fort Wayne woman reported a possible fraud. WPD.
