The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 7:36 a.m. Thursday – Erica Monique Hamlet, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:27 a.m. Thursday – Justin Lee Williams, 27, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 9:27 p.m. Thursday – William Austin Almony, 22, of Dillsburg, Pa., arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
• 12:32 a.m. today – Clifford Aubert Clevenger, 42, of 2658 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for contempt of court. Bond: $27,770.85.
• 5:51 a.m. today – James Robert See, 33, of 3190 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Bond: $300.

• 4:54 p.m. Wednesday – Theft was reported in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:10 a.m. Thursday – A missing person was reported in the 6700 block of Kalorama Road, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 2 p.m. Thursday – Theft was reported in the 500 block of Lehman Drive, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
