• 12:02 p.m. Monday – Cynthia Jayne Fuller, 41, Anderson, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:13 p.m. Monday – Dillon Scott Parker, 22, of 2930 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 12:38 p.m. Monday – Christopher Paul Carroll, 20, of 802 S. State St., South Whitley, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a precursor. Bond: $2,000.

Lincoln, 32, Main Street, Claypool. Injuries: Lincoln complained of neck pain. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:45 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 19 and U.S. 30, Etna Green. Three-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Margaret F. Clingler, 31, Main Street, Monterey; William A. Kollman, 27, Maple Street, Mentone; Rufus A. Smith, 51, Gary. Injuries: Clingler complained of pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.

Two separate petitions before the Warsaw Plan Commission on Monday dealt with properties near or along North Detroit Street (Ind. 15) north of U.S. 30.
