 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 10:53 a.m. Friday – William Kim Sanford, 34, of 489 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
n 11:47 a.m. Friday – David Franklin Jr., 30, of 109 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
n 4:44 p.m. Friday – James Earl Lewis,  37, of 304 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

  Property Damage
Accidents
n 1:41 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 100W, Silver Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Grant Salyer, 95, of South CR 100W, Silver Lake, and David C. Bauer, 47, of South CR 100E, Claypool. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Shefiff’s Department investigated.
n 7:12 a.m. Wednesday – CR 300N, 1,200 feet west of CR 100E, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off the road. Driver: Karin A. Steffensmeier, 42, East Deerwood Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n Sunday – A Warsaw woman reported being threatened by her boyfriend. KCSD.
n 5:22 a.m. Monday – A Warsaw man reported being battered. KCSD.
n 9 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of G&G Hauling & Exc., North CR 100W, Warsaw, reported damage to equipment and the Kosciusko County Highway Department equipment. KCSD.
n 12:53 p.m. Wednesday – A J.C. Hamman Construction employee, Leesburg, reported the theft of an air compressor. KCSD.
n 6:17 p.m Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported the illegal use of her credit card. KCSD.
n Thursday –  A caretaker of a Claypool residence reported damage to the property. KCSD.
n Thursday – Claypool Town Marshal Lou Medina Jr. reported damage to the Claypool Town spare police car. KCSD.
n 12:07 a.m. today – A Leesburg man reported his house was broken in to and items taken. KCSD.[[In-content Ad]]
