The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:03 a.m. Friday - Randy Walgamuth, 46, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 4:30 p.m. Friday - Sergio Carranza, 43, of 1833 Rieder St., Warsaw, arrested for indecent proposal. Bond: $350.

• 6;14 p.m. Friday - Earl Eugene Suver, 29, of 500 Prairie St., Syracuse, arrested for burglary to a permanent residence. No bond set.

Accident

• 4:24 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of CRs 1000W and 900S, Mentone. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Frank S. Nodd Jr., 42, West Island Lane, Warsaw; D. Mark Cox, 50, Rochester Street, Akron. Injuries: Nodd suffered a skull fracture and Cox suffered a bruise to his knee. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 6:20 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CRs 800S and 1200W, Mentone. SUV hit deer. Driver: Susan E. Ellen, 57, Pheasant Court, Rochester. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 7:20 a.m. Friday - Packerton Road, 750 feet south of CR 550S, Packerton. Car hit deer. Driver: Aaron M. Robbins, 23, CR 650W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 7:55 a.m. Friday - Ind. 13S, 800 feet north of ld 30, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Shawn C. Krull, 34, CR 400W, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

Incidents

• 6:18 p.m. March 12 - Justin M. Wegener, Nash Drive, Syracuse, reported the theft of a debit card and unauthorized charges on his account. KCSD.

• 8:34 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Hide-Away RV Sales, Arnolt Drive, Pierceton, reported the theft of a computer, monitor, two digital cameras, a checkbook, cash, an electric multimeter nd a stereo. KCSD.
