The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10:06 a.m. Thursday - Zachary Marcus Leer, 18, Elkhart, arrested for driving without a license. No bond set.

• 10:10 a.m. Thursday - Nathan Issac Enyeart, 22, of 307 N. Henry St., MIlford, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $450.

• 3:43 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Dwane Garrett, 20, of 122 Raddington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:38 p.m. Thursday - Gabriel Gauna, 26, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of check deception. Bond: $1,075.

• 5:28 p.m. Thursday - Tiffany Joanna Rinker, 35, of 317 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for theft from a business. Bond: $350.

• 6:11 p.m. Thursday - Dewayne Scott York, 45, Elwood, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Sage Allen Powell, 19, of 202 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for felony escape. Bond: $10,000.

• 6:53 p.m. Thursday - Trent Andrew Dilts, 22, of 402 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for felony auto theft. Bond: $5,000.

• 7:53 p.m. Thursday - Robert Lawrence Day, 43, Lebanon, Tenn., arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 1:24 a.m. today - Robert Lee Pickens, 30, of 5505 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested on two warrants in civil matters. Bond: $4,000.

• 5:45 a.m. today - Gloria Lynn Burns, aka Gloria Brown, 35, Indianapolis, arrested for theft/receiving stolen property and forgery/checks. No bond set.

• 5:50 p.m. Saturday - Lisa Taylor, Warren Avenue, Silver Lake, reported a break-in to her summer residence. KCSD.

• 7:57 p.m. Saturday - Robert Bryant, CR 500N, Leesburg, reported the theft of cash from his residence. KCSD.

• 9:50 a.m. Thursday - Martin Malagon, Clark Street, Warsaw, reported a break-in to his residence. WPD.

• 10:14 a.m. Thursday - An employee of The Car Company, U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported the theft of a yellow Pontiac GTO from the car lot. KCSD.

• 6 p.m. Thursday - A Warsaw woman reported being battered. WPD.
