 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:05 p.m. Thursday – Toby D. Jackson, 31, of 30 EMS B34 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical reagents, precursors of meth with intent to manufacture. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:18 p.m. Thursday – Allen M. Hackworth, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:20 p.m. Thursday – Whitney N. Hobbs, 26, of 3185 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $500.

Accidents
n 3 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Detroit Street, Warsaw. Vehicle struck concrete barrier. Driver: Charissa M. Heeter, 17, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Injuries: Heeter was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with complaints of head, neck and shoulder pain; passenger Wesley J. Hapner, 18, Wooster Road, Warsaw, also was transported to KCH with complaints of chest pain. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 3:08 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 15, 2,000 feet north of Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Five-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeremy G. Shepherd, 36, Reider Street, Warsaw; Angela C. Wadkins, 39, Pearl Street, Etna Green; Hector Ahuatl, 30, CR 200W, Leesburg; Richard Kirkwood, 63, Coal City, Ind.; Lois E. Kunce, 75, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Injuries: Wadkins complained of pain in her upper leg and was transported to KCH. Damages: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 10:58 a.m. Thursday – A Leesburg woman reported a theft on EMS T46 Lane that occurred between May of last year and the end of January. KCSD.
