The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 3:54 a.m. Friday - Sammy Sample, 39, of 180 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $550.

- 6:49 a.m. Friday - Jason Scott Lewallen, 22, of 7280 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamines, carrying a gun without a permit, possession of marijuana, possession or receiving stolen goods. No bond set.

- 7:02 a.m. Friday - Hailey Kay Drumm, 24, of 85 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of legend or precursors and possession of marijuana. No bond set.

- 7:34 a.m. Friday - Travis Ray Green, 22, of 105 N. East St., Milford, arrested for possession or recieving stolen goods and intimidation. Bond: $2,000.

- 12:23 p.m. Friday - Patrick James Speicher, 44, of 676 S. Lakeshore, Kimmel, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 1:11 p.m. Friday - Cheryl Ann Frid, 53, of 3075 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 6:34 p.m. Friday - Edie Sue Epple, 39, of 407 Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for theft and failure to appear. Bond: $5,350.

- 2:04 p.m. Thursday - CR 200W, near CR 400N, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Deanna L. Miller, 28, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw; Brad E. Goon, 19, North CR 300W, Warsaw. Injury: Miller complained of hip pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 1:53 p.m. Friday - Ind. 13S, 1,500 feet south of CR 700E, Pierceton. Van hit deer. Driver: Thomas W. Gibson, 51, U.S. 6, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
