- 4:15 p.m. Thursday - David Rosas, 27, Macy, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

- 4:52 p.m. Thursday - Steven Gentry Ladig, 22, of 10372 Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 6:06 p.m. Thursday - Michael James Housel, 40, of 3539 E. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 10:38 p.m. Thursday - Chad Allen Kruger, 29, of 88 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 1:54 a.m. today - Jeremy Dean Hurley, 23, of 210 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

- 2:37 a.m. today - Jason Sells, 19, of 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 8:35 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of CR 500N and EMS T3 Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Tyler J. Roseburgh, 22, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 7:23 a.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30E, 75 feet east of CR 750W, Atwood. Car hit fence. Driver: James Short, 81, Chicago. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

- 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of CRs 100W and 600S, Claypool. SUV hit fence. Driver: Shannan T. Krull, 57, South CR 450E, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

- 11:08 p.m. Wednesday - 8859 Backwater Road, North Webster. Car hit parked car registered to Mary E. Klinger, East McKenna Road, Warsaw. Driver: Brian M. Hotz, 18, Latalap Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.
