• 1:26 p.m. Tuesday - Derrick Spencer Dausman, 25, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

• 1:35 p.m. Tuesday - Lizabeth Marie York, 36, of 1342 Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $500.

• 3:05 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Keith Lindsey, 50, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 3:31 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Christopher Moore, 27, of 221 N. Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
