The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 10:48 p.m. Tuesday - Buck Slone, 46, of 927 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

- 9:14 a.m. Wednesday - David Sumpter, 45, of 509 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 4:54 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Ryan Glover, 24, Knox, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 6:32 p.m. Wednesday - Shanna Tina Krull, 37, of 10663 S. CR 450E, Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 9:46 p.m. Wednesday - Shane Andrew Timmons, 20, of 602 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 11:15 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Adam Lenfesty, 33, of 4019 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for non-support and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $23,000.

- 1:21 p.m. Monday - Koher Road, 750 feet east of Hammond Lake Road, Syracuse. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Kimberly A. Horn, 56, North Treasure Island, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

- 2:56 p.m. Wednesday - 2621 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw. Bus hit parked car registered to Portia Davis, North Meadow Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Shawn E. Schwarz, 41, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 8:56 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30E and Old 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Holly N. Garris, 17, West CR 100N, Warsaw; Ryan C. Engleberth, 22, East CR 500N, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
