n 11:29 a.m. Monday – Kirk William Depoister, 39, of 301 W. Market St., A, Pierceton, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:37 a.m. Monday – Arial Kay Caudill, 22, of 102 E. Epworth Forest Road, D, North Webster, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:26 p.m. Monday – Megan Leigh Slone, 24, of 2334 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 3:09 p.m. Monday – Michael D. Miller, 17, of 11314 N. East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse, arrested for burglary – breaking and entering a dwelling or religious structure. Bond: $20,000.
n 3:56 p.m. Monday – James M. Tackett, 31, of 736 S. Warbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 4:02 p.m. Monday – Joshualee Forrest Charles Boyle, 31, Kokomo, arrested for court. No bond set.
n 4:37 p.m. Monday – Scott M. Dingess, 28, of 303 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of Schedule IV controlled substances. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:27 p.m. Monday – Bethany Leann Clary, 21, North Judson, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $15,500.
n 6:35 p.m. Monday – Wendy Kay Bradley, 26, of 507 S. Morton St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
n 8:11 p.m. Monday – William Eugene Marley, 40, Columbia City, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
n 11:10 p.m. Monday – Ramona Jane Kimes, 49, of 10422 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested on four counts of check deception. Bond: $1,025.

n 4:16 p.m. Monday – 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Paula D. Snow, 65, Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake; Maribel T. Rodriguez, 19, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
n 5:12 p.m. Monday – North Fort Wayne Avenue, 60 feet east of East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver struck parked vehicle registered to Sean M. Samonski, East Lantern Road, Warsaw. Driver: Robin D. Adams, 57, North CR 250E, Warsaw. Damages: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
n 5:32 a.m. today – Lake City Highway, 500 feet east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Cheryl L. Riley, 51, Roanoke. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

n 4:50 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported her debit card used fraudulently in the 1100 block of Fisher Avenue. WPD.
n 6:40 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of gasoline theft in the 200 block of South Main Street, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
