 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 7:54 a.m. Wednesday – Trace Greggory Killian, 20, of 6700 W. CR 900S, South Whitley, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 8:23 a.m. Wednesday – Zachery Chavez Zuniga, 21, of 1007 S. Van Hemert Drive, Syracuse, arrested for dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,850.
• 11:38 a.m. Wednesday – Cole Lee Tennyson, 35, of 10360 S. Edgewater St., Silver Lake, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
• 12:18 p.m. Wednesday – Lydon John Smith, 31, of 215 EMS C31 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $500.
• 12:39 p.m. Wednesday – Chelsea Rae Robison, 25, of 304 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft with prior offense. Bond: $5,850.
• 1:19 p.m. Wednesday – Todd Henry Shumaker, 31, of 113 S. Wood St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $93.50.
• 1:39 p.m. Wednesday – Adriana Rose Utter, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:24 p.m. Wednesday – Dakotah Cephus Shepherd, 23, Goshen, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $3,000.
• 6:35 p.m. Wednesday – Deon Lee Vanness, 20, of 1320 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – fighting. Bond: $500.
• 6:57 p.m. Wednesday – David Allen Gannon, 49, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 88, Winona Lake, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.
• 10:17 p.m. Wednesday – Jennifer Therese Mudrack, 37, of 1854 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of synthetic drug. Bond: $600.
• 10:52 p.m. Wednesday – James Allen Custer, 41, of 507 Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 1:46 a.m. Wednesday – Carrington Jamall Hogue, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.

Personal Injury Accident
• 8:20 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Moriah A. Young, 27, Clinic Court, Warsaw; Joseph D. Bumbaugh, 54, Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Injuries: Bumbaugh complained of neck pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
• 12:52 p.m. Wednesday – West CR 100S Mentone. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Lindsay M. Aker, 21, Columbia City. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday – 1695 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ricky Watters, 60, East CR 400S, Warsaw; Nichole F. Holdeman, 31, West Old 30, Warsaw. $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
