 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9 a.m. Monday – Reuben Jesse Delion, 20, of 313 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16 and criminal trespass. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:32 p.m. Monday – Brandon Lamarr Bolden, 22, of 224 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 4:43 p.m. Monday – David Byron Franklin Jr., 34, Kendallville, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $172.50.
• 4:51 p.m. Monday – Elisabeth Jean Fitzpatrick, 36, of 901 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $850.
• 5:18 p.m. Monday – Jose Luis Muralles, 61, of 1925 Jessie Ave., Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
• 6:08 p.m. Monday – Joseph Lee Rose, 37, of 763 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
• 9:50 p.m. Monday – Eric S. McFarland, 34, of 8984 E. Crow Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• 12:45 a.m. today – Jonathan James Brewer, 25, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. No bond set.

• 9:38 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Frontage Road and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jackie R. Harter, 68, Ind. 13, Pierceton; Ray F. Egolf, 70, Main Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:51 a.m. Monday – Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Trailer struck a building. Driver: Albert Brittner, 45, Eastlake, Ohio. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 4:32 p.m. Monday – Glad Street, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into a parked vehicle registered to Nanci E. Emel, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Driver: Dove Broadfoot, 45, 2nd Street, North Manchester. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 5:06 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Jose R. Flores Casas, 62, Wooster Road, Pierceton; Bianca L. Feltre, 27, Rockford, Mich. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 8:28 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East CR 900N and Ind. 13, Syracuse. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Sandra L. Atkins, 53, Hartzler Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
