n 9:14 a.m. Wednesday - Jaclyn Suzanne Stouder, 30, of 1772 CR 1100N, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:34 a.m. Wednesday - Kerguin Luva Baca, 27, of 514 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

n 12:10 p.m. Wednesday - James Brandon Holcomb, 30, Eutis, Fla., arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - Shaun Michael Belvin, 32, of 601 N. Thompson St., Bourbon, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,100.

n 6:16 p.m. Wednesday - Mickey Charles O'Neil, 49, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:37 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Paul O'Connell, 32, of 7029 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested on two counts of failure to appear, fraud, driving while intoxicated, criminal conversion, six counts of check deception, failure to comply. Bond: $20,100.

n 3:03 a.m. Thursday - James Michael Schwab, 37, Pawtucket, R.I., arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical testing, public intoxication. Bond: $15,000.

n 3:48 p.m. Wednesday - 203 N. Lincoln St., Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Melinda Campbell, 32, CR 100E, Warsaw; Kristen Shoemaker, 26, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 12 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Kosciusko REMC, CR 250E, Warsaw, reported a tampered meter. KCSD.

n 3:20 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Robert Manuel, South Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, reported a lost license place. WPD.

n 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - Terrin Michael Raphail, Rattington Circle, Warsaw, reported a lost wallet. WPD.

n 6:37 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Madison Elementary School, North Union Street, Warsaw, reported a broken window at the school. WPD.
