n 12:38 p.m. Tuesday - Joanna Margaret Gilbert, aka Joanna Baker, 21, of 410 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

n 1:11 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Allen Meade, 35, of 3762 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of battery. Bond: $750.

n 2:13 p.m. Tuesday - Melissa Margaret Oldaker, 50, of 3563 CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 6:56 p.m. Tuesday - Rachel Nicole Davis, 26, of 5676 CR 1000S, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:13 p.m. Tuesday - Josiah Shively, 25, of 201 S. Church St., Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

n 1:26 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy Leigh Bowen, 21, of 2091 CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. No bond set.

Injuries: Churchill complained of pain in neck; a passenger in Wagoner's vehicle, Liberti Wagoner, 32, CR 825E, North Webster, complained of pain in leg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000.
