• 3:14 p.m. Tuesday - Tiffiany Page Anderson, 24, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for theft/receiving stolen property. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:28 p.m. Tuesday - Thomas James Schmucker, 29, New Paris, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:31 p.m. Thursday - Benjamin Ronald Grubbs, 28, of 25 EMS C24G Lane, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $750.

• 5:40 p.m. Thursday - Danielle Nicole Hartman, 27, of 405 N. First St., Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

• 7:10 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of Parker Street and Patterson Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Bonalin M. Kseizoplski, 43, CR 700S, Claypool; Stefani E. Davis, 17, Lydia Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:15 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of CRs 1300N and 100E, Milford. Pickup-car collision. Driver: Maurice G. Beer, 84, Old 15, Milford; Clint M. Mishler, 31, Bison Ridge, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 3:08 p.m. Thursday - Parker Street, 100 feet north of Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Patricia J. Swihart, 36, CR 875W, Claypool; Lourena Helton, 59, CR 550S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:08 p.m. Tuesday - Michele Lee, Elkhart, reported the theft of a plasma television, two speakers and a DVD player from a summer residence on EMS D13 Lane,Syracuse. KCSD.

• 3:40 p.m. Wednesday - An Etna Green woman reported trouble with a man. KCSD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
