• 1 p.m. Monday – Christopher Andrew McVay, 31, of 5323 E. CR 650N, Rochester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 9:04 p.m. Monday – Benjamin Franklin Davis III, 26, of 765 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,450.
• 9:58 p.m. Monday – Rene Rodriguez, 29, of 908 Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 11:13 p.m. Thursday – Zachery Scott Eyer, 29, of 5722 E. CR 1000S, Claypool, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. Bond: $300.
• 3:47 a.m. today – Daniel Harrison Shepherd Jr., 43, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $238.

• 4:25 a.m. today – Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 500W, Nappanee. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Wendell J. Miller, 19, North CR 750W, Nappanee. Injuries: Miller suffered minor abrasions to the leg. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
