The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 11:01 a.m. Tuesday – Tara Lynn Rogers, 24, of 1613 E Market St., Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond; $5,000.
- 11:48 a.m. Tuesday – Jason Robertson, 31, of South Bend, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $250.
- 11:55 a.m. Tuesday – John David Sigsbee, 32, Goshen, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:11 p.m. Tuesday – Stephen Andrew Cable, 35, of New Paris, arrested for theft, deception and  corrupt business influence. Bond: $5,000.
- 12:22 p.m. Tuesday – Brandi Nikole Cable, 33, of New Paris, arrested for theft, deception and  corrupt business influence. Bond: $5,000.
- 12:42 p.m. Tuesday – Carmelo Castillo, 21, of Goshen, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:27 p.m. Tuesday – Randall Owen Yeazel, 57, of 1518 Fox Farm Road, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:30 p.m. Tuesday – Arnold Arnell Frantz, 28, of 1103 E. Santorini Drive, Warsaw, arrested for violating parole. No bond set.
- 3:15 p.m. Tuesday – Sedrick Jervon Grandberry, 30, of Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana and failure to appear in court. Bond: $2,250.
- 3:26 p.m. Tuesday – Kerry Dean Barnes, 21, of Van Wert, Ohio, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $500.
- 4:27 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Andrew Chalmers, 24, of 427 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond set.
- 4:40 p.m. Tuesday – Tammy Kay Lewis, 31, of 7881 E. CR 500S, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:44 p.m. Tuesday – Kristina Mesick–Elswick, 34, of 13317 W. CR 700N, Nappanee, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:07 p.m. Tuesday – Stephanie Nicole White, 29, of 4057 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond set.
- 10:49 p.m. Tuesday – Eric Lee Gillem, 30, of 9715 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $10,000.

Property Damage Accidents
-  2:07 p.m. Tuesday – 1800 W. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kerry Robinson, 55, of 120 Boys City Drive, Winona Lake and Roxanne Creffel, 48, of 1311 Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 4:47 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 E. and CR 450 E., Pierceton.  A car owned by Vickie Krom, 60, of 5165 E. CR 100S, Pierceton was sideswiped. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
