• 12:50 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Caine Klingaman, 19, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 3:25 p.m. Tuesday - Rick Jay Bayne, 47, of 604 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 3:42 p.m. Tuesday - Richard Rick Dunnuck, 47, of 322 Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 4:08 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher S. Overmyer, 33, Indianapolis, arrested for felony non-support and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $60,000.

• 4:20 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony Scott Helton, 31, of 11853 N. Pine Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 6:28 p.m. Tuesday - Ricky Allen Westerman, 34, Mishawaka, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

• 1 a.m. today - Joseph Luis Criswell, 26, of 206 E. Smith St., Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $550.

• 5:35 a.m. today - Dirk W. Greider, 45, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

Injuries: Brunjes complained of chest pain and Dickerson complained of lower leg pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:26 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Buffalo and Prairie streets, Warsaw. SUV and car collided and hit a parked car registered to Guy Shaw, Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Norma J. Sleeth, 56, Hill Lake Road, Claypool; Mary S. Cole, 56, Grey Wolfe Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:05 a.m. Thursday - Leigh Ann Ross, U.S. 30, Pierceton, reported a break-in to her residence and the theft of a video game system and several games. KCSD.

• 1:52 p.m. Monday - David Hawthorne, Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, reported the theft of a push mower, tool box with tools, a bicycle, three fishing rods and reels and a tackle box from a shed at his residence. Value: $2,490. KCSD.

• 2:41 p.m. Monday - Hollie Timmerman, CR 500N, Leesburg, reported a window broken in her vehicle. KCSD.

Lehman Receives 8-Year Sentence For Conspiracy To Commit Murder
ALBION - For his involvement in the murder of Laurel Jean Mitchell in 1975, John W. Lehman, 69, Auburn, was sentenced Friday to eight years in the Indiana Department of Corrections on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder, a Class A felony.
