The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 2:19 p.m. Monday – Tracy Miller, 36, of 5447 Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.
- 6:25 p.m. Monday – Ryshieone Shmane Goss, 27, of Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 12:02 a.m. Tueday – Brian Christopher Newlin, 38, of 11659 N. Elm Grove Road, Syracuse, arrested for check deception. Bond: $925.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3 p.m. Friday – Intersection of 1350 N. CR 500W, Nappanee. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Micah Yoder, 18, of 11457 Beech Grove Road, Bourbon. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 12:21 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Packerton Road and Ind. 14, Silver Lake. One vehicle struck a field post. Driver: Ryan Smith,  age not available, 309 S. Half St., North Manchester. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 7:48 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 100 S. and 400W, Warsaw. Two vehicle collision. Drivers:  Jon Engle, age not available, 820 E CR 400S, Warsaw and Benjamin Sanders, age not available, 309 E. CR 700W, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 11:06 p.m. Saturday – 2191 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. One vehicle struck a road sign. Driver: Steven Rockey, age not available, 2191 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Dmage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 11:25 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of U.S. 30 E. and Ind. 13 S., Pierceton.  One vehicle struck a deer.  Driver: David Johnson, 53, of St. Joseph, Mich. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 6:15 p.m. Sunday –  Intersection of CRs 1000 N. and 400E, Syracuse. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Sheila McGee, age not available, 18 EMS D8 Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 12:10 p.m.  Monday – Intersection of Ind.15 S. and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw.  Two vehicle collision. Drivers: Callie Deeter, 44, of 5565 E. CR 700S, Pierceton and Jacob Bergman, 23, of 8662 S. Nellie Blvd., Claypool. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
