- 11:08 a.m. Wednesday - Susan Baloy, 51, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

- 1:34 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Thomas Campbell ,21, 312 N. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

- 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - Federico Meyo, 35, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Lot 65, Pierceton, arrested for forgery and two counts of identity deception. Bond: $5,000.

- 2:15 p.m. Wednesday - George Thomas Dvorak, 63, of 271 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 7:19 p.m. Wednesday - Canda Marie Dunkleberger, 30, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $525.

- 9:10 p.m. Wednesday - Phillip Andree Duncan, 42, Columbia City, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

- 10:03 p.m. Wednesday - Chad Franklin Sellers, 36, of 509 High St., Silver Lake, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

Injuries: Murphy complained of body pain; Fincher complained of body pain; Brandon Murphy, 11, a passenger in Murphy's vehicle, suffered a neck abrasion; Seth Fincher, 14, a passenger in Fincher's vehicle, suffered an arm fracture.Damage: $25,000-$50,000.
