• 7:09 a.m. Sunday - Michael Villegas, 24, Ligonier, arrested for possession of narcotic drugs and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $2,000.

• 11:23 a.m. Sunday - Titus Wayne Shepherd, 42, of 6509 W. CR 800N, Nappanee, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

• 6:13 p.m. Sunday - Rick James Henk, 29, of 1311 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:58 a.m. Monday - Franklin Dean Hibschman Jr., 18, of 44 EMS B66 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for false police reporting. Bond: $500.

• 10:20 a.m. Monday - Jama Len Polston, 28, Yorktown, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:58 a.m. Monday - Benjamin Michael Stewart, 33, of 402 W. Henry St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 11:42 a.m. Monday - Jessica Maria Giron, 23, of 410 W. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for deception and false police reporting. Bond: $500.

• 3:03 p.m. Monday - Jimmy Ray Patrick, 50, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 9:04 p.m. Monday - Joshua John Hamilton, 25, of 928 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for felony theft and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $2,500.

• 12:49 a.m. today - Jaron Wesley Wiggs, 19, of 406 W. Lehaman Drive, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

• 12:44 a.m. today - Dayne A. Weldy, 21, Bremen, arrested for possession of marijuana and failure to appear. Bond: $450.

• 8:23 p.m. Sunday - Barbee Road, 1,100 feet east of CR 650E, North Webster. Car hit parked car registered to Laura L. Miotto, Barbee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Keith T. Harchani, 17, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
