n 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Edward Blankenship, 37, of 665 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 7 p.m. Tuesday - Edward Lee Meadows, 31, Ligonier, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
